Mamdouh Yousef Aboushama joins us with an impressive 25 years of post-qualification legal experience, honed primarily in Egypt and the UAE. Widely regarded for his exceptional drafting skills, Mamdouh has a rare ability to distill complex legal matters into precise, persuasive written arguments — a critical asset in the UAE’s civil law system, where court submissions are presented in writing. Over his distinguished career, Mamdouh has consistently achieved successful outcomes for clients by delivering clarity, precision, and strategic insight in even the most intricate disputes. 

Jeffy Cruz Jeyakumar is a dual-qualified legal consultant with significant experience in both the UAE and India. His practice focuses on corporate structuring, cross-border transactions, private client advisory, and estate planning. Jeffy regularly advises on shareholder agreements, sale and purchase transactions, DIFC/ADGM foundations, and DIFC wills. His deep understanding of both civil and common law systems enables him to craft practical, tailored solutions for clients operating in complex, regulated, and multi-jurisdictional environments. He is particularly skilled in supporting family businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and international entities with compliance and strategic structuring.
