Excello Law has hit another major milestone, launching our very first Northern Ireland office as part of our rapid international expansion. Following our recent debuts in Dubai and the United States, this latest move cements our commitment to bringing our pioneering fee-share model to key legal markets across the globe.

The new Belfast office will be spearheaded by Gregory Martin, one of Northern Ireland’s most respected real estate lawyers. Gregory joins us from A&L Goodbody, where he served as Head of the Real Estate department in Belfast, leading landmark redevelopment projects, large-scale acquisitions, and strategic portfolio transformations. With a career spanning London and Belfast, including years at Nabarro LLP (now CMS Cameron McKenna LLP) – Gregory’s expertise in high-value, high-impact property law is unmatched.

Joining Gregory is James Browne, a Northern Ireland-qualified partner specialising in complex corporate transactions. Together, they bring a powerhouse combination of real estate and corporate expertise to our clients in the region.
